The Provoked is an American heavy metal band based in San Diego, California. The group consists of frontman Adam Vito, drummer Ethan Ritenour, guitarist Jose Mendoza, and bass guitarist Zachary Hollinger.

Known for their explosive live shows, the band has built a reputation through appearances alongside national touring artists and performances at legendary venues throughout Southern California. Drawing influence from iconic metal bands such as Metallica, Slayer, and Pantera, the band's brutal riffs, blistering fast tempos, and electrifying live performances have established The Provoked as a rising force in the Southern California heavy metal scene.

Having recently joined forces with Extreme Management Group, The Provoked is entering a new phase of growth as they prepare to release their debut full-length album. Produced entirely in-house and mastered by Tony Lindgren at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden, the album will be supported by a comprehensive media rollout, strategic marketing initiatives, and extensive touring.
